Paul has over 15 years experience as a customer service driven IS support professional. At his last employer, CNET Networks (now CBS), he was the IS Analyst administering the service and client management systems. Passionate about continually identifying opportunities to improve and enhance processes, Paul is now seeking his next opportunity in Service Management.
Paul's passions include spending time with family, photography, cycling and any opportunity for outdoor adventure.
Paul has served as Webmaster for the SFHDI
