Nenita has been a member of HDI since 2007 & and was elected to the Chapter Presidency in May 2010. She currently works for Marsh & McLennan Companies managing Deskside Support. Her responsibilities have ranged from providing IT support to project management. Challenges which brought her to HDI were determining how to balance the technical skill set of her team with customer service skills & understanding the implementation of ITIL. Nenita attended her first HDI Conference in 2009 and often says she gained extraordinary value in all the sessions attended.
