There are a number of organizations out there for professionals providing customer service. HDI is the only organization that specifically serves Information Technology service and support professionals. We understand the unique challenges and requirements of technical help desks and we seek to provide IT support professionals with the information, training and resources they need to succeed and grow.
The San Francisco HDI Chapter offers monthly chapter meetings that inform and educate the membership on best prcatices, the latest tools and technologies, and leading industry topics and trends. We devote a portion of each meeting to allow members to network and share experiences with their peers. San Francisco HDI's programs and events are open to all HDI members and non-members in the San Francisco Bay Area.
