The runner-up for the award is Rahul Khandalkar of Nutanix.

"When Rahul is on frontline answering customer calls or taking over escalated cases from the duty manager. He quickly determines the expectations, maintains smooth communication with customers, support management and builds empathetic perception about the support culture. From the start of joining the company, he was a good listener and provided feedback to his peers. He became the highest case closer, effective communicator and assisting on new product support workflow to be promoted faster than his peers to senior engineer roles. He is admired by his peers for knowledge, having a good sense of humour and helpful nature."

The award winner fom First American Title, Keith D. Hughes.

Keith D. Hughes won the SFHDI 2020 Service and Support Analyst award.

One story shared about Keith was "When the pandemic hit the bay area and we were in a lockdown, Keith assisted the office workers in Concord to pack their monitors, computers, docking stations, keyboards, and mice and shipped them home. Then he assisted them in setting up each computer at home over the phone making sure they were up and running in no time. When the company decided that the entire works could work from home, Keith used his experience to create a national plan and assisted the desktop team in moving the entire workforce home and fully functional with a couple of weeks."

As the SFHDI local chapter winner, he will be proceeding to the regional competition
