In the last 90 days, our world has dramatically changed, with traditional methods of service delivery being upended and organizations forced to rethink how technology is supported. Join us for an interactive micro-workshop focusing on the HOW and WHAT for the following topics:
- Activating the “Go Remote” Button (Technology needed to make it work)
- Social Factors of Shelter in Place (dealing with family, roommates and isolation)
- OSHA considerations (Home Set Ups and Injuries)
- Supporting a 100% Remote Workforce (Phone, Video, Email, Chat)
- Collaboration over Zoom (Are Jammies OK?)
This event will be conducted via Zoom and all participants will be able to interact via video from a laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone.

Speaker Bio
Brandon Caudle is a veteran of the Service and Support industry, building and leading virtual teams in a 24x7 support environment across geographies and time zones. As a Customer Experience Visionary, he is known for crafting and implementing best practices to solve challenging issues, increase Customer and Employee Satisfaction, while aligning with business needs. Brandon is a senior manager at First American in Orange County, California, and currently serves as the Chair of the largest technical service and support association in the world, HelpDesk Chapters, Inc. (HDC)
