Our Round Table Forum event has been so popular we are doing a second one this year
NOTE - due to limited ticket sales in the South Bay and San Francisco - the event will ONLY be held @ Ellie Mae in Pleasanton.
This time we will continue the conversation we started in September with Digital Transformation and continued in October with Future of Support and AI. For November, the table topics will focus on The Future of Support - what are YOU doing in your Support Organization?
How does it work?
Split up into groups and join your expert table leader in a small group discussion. Move through each of the tables during the session and share experiences, advice, recommendations, warnings, etc.
What should I bring?
Come with your project questions, problems, issues, ideas, and feedback, and learn how your SFHDI community is tackling the IT service management challenges you are facing.
We're looking for round table facilitators who are knowledgeable in AI, Digital Transformation and Service Management topics such as
- Using Data and AI in your Incident and Knowledge Management processes for Service Improvements
- Digital Transformation Successes
- Shift Left Strategies using Data and AI Predictive Analytics
